Is there a minimum order quantity?
For most stocked items there is no strict minimum, though pricing improves noticeably at carton quantities. Some system sets and made-to-order items carry a minimum, which we state on the quote before you commit to anything.
How quickly do you deliver in Kolkata and West Bengal?
Stocked items despatch the same or next working day. Delivery inside Kolkata is typically next day, and two to three days across the districts of West Bengal. Pan-India orders go by surface or air freight depending on how urgent they are.
Do your prices really sit below the market rate?
We buy direct from ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturers and run a lean operation, so our rate for a like-for-like specification is generally lower than distributor pricing. Send us a competing quote and we will tell you honestly whether we can better it.
Will this hardware fit my UPVC profile system?
Most of our range fits the common profile systems used in India. Groove and flat rollers, 3D hinges and espagnolettes vary by profile, so send us the system name or a photograph of the existing part and we will confirm compatibility before you order.
What warranty do you offer?
Hardware is covered against manufacturing defects. Stainless steel friction stays and arm stays carry a longer cover than nylon components, which wear as a normal function of use. Warranty terms are confirmed in writing on the invoice.
Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. For genuine bulk requirements we send samples so you can check the fit and the finish against your profile. Ask for it when you submit your quote request.
Do you supply to other states?
Yes — we despatch pan-India and handle the freight arrangements. Interstate orders are invoiced with IGST against your GSTIN.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer or UPI against a GST invoice. Terms on repeat accounts can be discussed once we have supplied you a few times.
