1. Build your quote list
Browse the catalogue and press Add to quote on everything you need. The list follows you around the site and survives a page refresh, so you can add items as you work through a bill of materials. Nothing is committed at this stage.
2. Send the request
Open the quote list, set the quantity against each item, and add your name, phone number and email. Tell us anything that affects the price — profile system, site location, whether this is a one-off or a monthly requirement. You will get a confirmation email with your reference number straight away.
3. Receive your rate
We reply with the price per item, the total, stock availability and the delivery time. If something in your list is not the right fit for your profile system, we will say so and suggest what is. Most quotes go out within one working day; urgent ones are faster if you call.
4. Confirm and take delivery
Confirm by email, WhatsApp or phone. We raise a GST invoice, arrange despatch and share the tracking details. Delivery inside Kolkata is typically next day; the rest of West Bengal takes two to three days, and pan-India despatch runs by surface or air freight depending on urgency.
